The 2011 Geo Bay Swim will be held on Sunday 13th November.Entry to the event can ONLY be made via our online system prior to the closing date. ENTRIES NOW OPEN (see below) ENTRIES CLOSE at Midnight on Sunday 6th November, 2011. No entries will be accepted after the closing date for Solos, Duos or Teams. NO ENTRIES on the day of the event. No hard-copy entries will be accepted. All participants must ALSO check-in on Saturday 12th November at Busselton Volunteer Marine Rescue building 'Marine House'. Corner Geographe Bay Rd and Georgette St, Busselton. Check-in from 4.00pm and Race briefing immediately afterwards. At check-in, competitors will receive their race pack. For the overall safety and effective management of the event the race organizers reserve the right to restrict entries and/or refuse entry to any competitor. We recommend you read the Race Information and Competitors Briefing Notes Refunds:Requests for refund must be submitted in writing and will not be accepted after entries close. (A $10 administration fee per competitor will be retained.) Race cancellation due to weather, no fee refund available
